Please read the terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement following, before using this software.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions following, then you are not allowed to use this.
Erez Business Softwares Ltd. Hereinafter called "Erezsoft" developed ActiveX control for Visual Basic 6: "ErezPP1LTR" Hereinafter called "ErezPP" which is included with this package.
You, the Licensee agree to the terms of this license.

License

This software is freeware.
This means that it is completely free for anybody to use without any limitations.
This software is owned completely by the author (Erezsoft).

General Copying Restrictions

You may freely use and distribute the ErezPP OCX in your own programs, as long as it is not modified in any way, with the understanding that you are responsible for such programs and that you hold Erezsoft harmless from any resulting liabilities.

Proprietary Rights of Erezsoft
------------------------------------------------
The logo, product name, software, manual, documentation and other support materials are either patented, copyrighted, trademarked or owned by Erezsoft as trade secrets and/or Proprietary information.
You agree not to remove any products identification or notices of such proprietary, restrictions from products.
Erezsoft retains exclusive ownership of the Product and of the trademarks. All techniques, algorithms and processes contained in the product or any modification or extraction thereof constitute trade secrets and/or proprietary information of Erezsoft will be protected by this Agreement.

Limited Warranty
----------------------------
ErezPP is provided, distributed and licensed "AS IS" and Erezsoft makes no warranty about its operations. In no event will Erezsoft be liable for any damages, for any including any lost profits, lost saving or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or liability to use such product.

Support
-------------
There is no support in addition to the documentation provided with ErezPP.

Governing Law
------------------------
This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws as may be required to protect the legitimate interestes of Erezsoft.
